Previously I have wrote Do It The FITT Way to exercise and its Benefits of Stretching. Regular exercise stretches the muscles and improves flexibility, good for our body, mind and well being.
There are different kind of exercise from yoga, aerobics, pilates and many others. Each has its own benefits and results.
Below is a video that I want to share, the New Millennium Health Workout from Korea. Well actually this workout is not really new, it has been around for many years. It has a combination of stretching and a bit of kick-boxing. This is a great workout for morning or evening, suitable for young and old. Do the workout indoor or outdoor for 20-30 minutes and feel refresh afterwards.
