A quick and easy recipe for your barbecue or picnic. This simple macaroni salad recipe is our family favourite.
1/2 kg elbow macaroni pasta, cooked, drained and chilled
2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1. For the dressing, whisk mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl.
2. In a large bow, combine elbow macaroni and chicken breast.
3. Pour the dressing onto the salad and stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cool before serving.
