The earlier you adopt a healthy lifestyle the greater the chance that by the time you get to your 50's, you will feel no different from how you felt in your 20's and 30's. If, however, you are already over 50, it is not too late to start. A healthy diet and a programme of regular exercise will make a younger person of you.
